Welcome to Travinso. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Travinso mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Travinso ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Travinso. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. Rider Responsibilities
As a rider, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
- Be present at the designated pickup point at the agreed time
- Treat drivers with respect and courtesy
- Pay the agreed fare for completed trips
- Not carry prohibited or illegal items during the trip
- Wear seatbelts where available and follow vehicle safety rules
4. Driver Responsibilities
As a driver, you agree to:
- Hold a valid driving license and vehicle registration
- Complete the driver verification process before accepting rides
- Maintain your vehicle in safe and roadworthy condition
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
- Treat riders with respect and courtesy
- Arrive at the pickup location on time
- Not charge riders above the fare displayed in the app
- Maintain valid insurance for your vehicle
5. Fares and Payments
Fares are calculated based on the route, distance, and number of seats booked. The estimated fare is displayed before booking confirmation. Travinso currently facilitates cash payments between riders and drivers. We reserve the right to introduce additional payment methods in the future.
6. Cancellations
Riders may cancel a booking before the driver departs. Frequent or last-minute cancellations may result in temporary restrictions on your account. Drivers who repeatedly cancel confirmed bookings may face penalties, including suspension from the platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Provide false or misleading information
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the platform to transport illegal goods or substances
- Manipulate fares or exploit the booking system
8. Intellectual Property
The Travinso name, logo, app design, and all content on the Service are the property of Travinso and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Travinso is a platform that connects riders and drivers. We do not provide transportation services directly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travinso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
